Observed at my hometown's (Trollhättan) tourist magnet, the sluices.

Several questions popped up in my head. Is the prolonged foot-rests for the driver, making it possible to sit with straight knees? Or is the extra seat actually in use, and thereby the foot rest made for the passanger?

Is it a local "hillbilly", or is it a tourist from Denmark. At least the text on the shopping bag is in danish.

So many questions, - so few answers :D
